Carts
There are tons of shopping carts out
there and many of them are good ones. I had a number of
them recommended to me, but none more so that 1 Shopping
Cart. In doing my research, I found that many of the top
internet marketers use 1 Shopping Cart -- that spoke volumes to
me.
There are also many other excellent
carts available including a number of them that are free.

1 Shopping
Cart* has all the features
of a high quality shopping cart. And, it's easy to set up
and use. There is excellent documentation and they have easy
to follow tutorials. I set up a shopping cart for one
of my sites in one evening having never used any shopping
cart program prior. (That means it HAS to be
easy!)
In addition to all the standard
features of any good shopping cart package (product selection,
check out, customer databases, etc.), 1 Shopping Cart also
offers upgraded packages that contain lots of features that you
would otherwise have to pay for separately. For example,
in their Professional package, you also get all the following
included with your shopping cart package:
* Autoresponder system with unlimited
mailings
* Ad tracking capabilities with
reporting
* Digital product delivery
capabilities (ebooks, mp3 materials, etc.)
* Affiliate program (fully
integrated)
Depending on your needs, you may find
one of 1 Shopping Cart's more basic packages to be all you
need. Free or extremely low cost trial periods are also
available.

Free Shopping
Carts
If you don't wish to pay for a
shopping cart as robust as 1 Shopping Cart's, you might want to
consider simply one of the many inexpensive (or even free)
shopping carts available to you. One such option is Agora Cart.
You may also wish to try a search for "free shopping cart" and
then explore several other options that are
presented you.
You might also consider using a PayPal
cart. PayPal's system is easy to set up, and there's no
cost to use it other than to pay a small percentage of each
transaction. (With any shopping cart with the ability to accept
online payments there will be fees associated with processing
credit cards for payment. PayPal incorporates these fees into
their system). Check out PayPal's shopping
cart -- I've used the
one called "PayPal Web Site Payment Standard" and it has
worked really well for my needs.
